Coach Hartsburg has been teaching for 18 years, and  this will be her 4th  year at Timber Creek.

As a PE teacher, Coach Hartsburg thinks it is very important to stay active along with living a sensible & healthy lifestyle as best as you can. “Be the best version of YOU”.

Before coming to TCE, Coach Hartsburg was the Varsity Asst Girls Basketball coach at Coppell HS for 4 years, she taught PE/Health at Killough 9/10 campus & coached volleyball & basketball at Lewisville HS for 8 years, & worked in Irving ISD as a Middle School coach as well as the Head Girls Basketball coach at Nimitz HS for a combination of 3 years.

She played basketball and graduated in 2004 from the University of Dallas in Irving, TX.

Coach Hartsburg is from Austin, TX but now lives in Highland Village with her husband Steve, daughters Avery & Emilia, & 2 doodles, Wrigley & Bentley.
