Hi! My name is Katie Parson. I grew up in Bossier City, Louisiana with a military family. I moved to Texas in 2020 after I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education in 2019 and continued my education while teaching. I graduated with my Masters of Education in Educational Leadership in 2021. Hicks has been my teaching home for a few years. It is such a pleasure to be here and I look forward to many more! 

I am so excited for this year in 3rd grade! We will have a classroom full of learning, laughter, and love!
