Dear Tiger Family,

On behalf of Timber Creek Elementary PTA, we’d like to say welcome back to school! This year, more than ever, our students and teachers need our support. Even though we are beginning the year a little differently, as Tiger PTA, we will continue to work hard to back the future of every student at TCE and need your help to grow our membership so every child has a voice.

When you join Tiger PTA you become a TX PTA member, which is the state’s largest child advocacy group and currently advocating to Gov. Greg Abbott for STAAR tests to be cancelled this school year. In addition, TX PTA is helping to ensure our schools are being safely re-opened this fall for our students and teachers.

Indeed, this year is a critical legislative year for public education as budget reform, special education, safe schools and mental health are just a few of TX PTA’s top priorities.
