LISD Oct. 19 Board Meeting Recap

The Lewisville Independent School District Board of Trustees met for the regularly scheduled Board Meeting Monday, Oct. 19.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

The Board led the meeting in the Pledge of Allegiance and the Texas Pledge. 

CONSIDER ITEMS DISCUSSED IN CLOSED SESSION

The Board approved items discussed in Closed Session, recommended by administration.

GENERAL DISTRICT COVID-19 UPDATE

LISD Superintendent Dr. Kevin Rogers shared the district's update regarding COVID-19.

LISD Chief Financial Officer presented the district's monthly financial and investment reports. Details

ACTION ITEMS

Approved issuance and sale of LISD Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds in one or more series, including the adoption of an order authorizing the issuance and establishing procedures and delegating authority for the sale and delivery of such bonds. Details

Approved the budget amendment for the purchase of health, medical personal protective equipment (PPE) products. Details
