Below are the meeting highlights: 

The Board approved the appointments of four new principals for the 2019-2020 school year - Amy Obenhaus, Arbor Creek Middle School; Kristy Casal, Lamar Middle School; Jaime Clark, Castle Hills Elementary; and Misty Bevill-Nelson, Hicks Elementary. Learn more here.

Lewisville High School student Anna Cantu won first place in the Theatrical Design Costume category at the State University Interscholastic League Academic meet while Marcus High School Calculator Team took home third place in the Calculator Applications contest. Watch the recognition video here.

Students from Hebron, Lewisville and Marcus high schools achieved multiple top three placements in the 2019 Interscholastic League Press Conference State Convention. Watch the recognition video here.
