2019-2020 Parking Permit Information and Online Application




Paper forms are no longer accepted.  Everyone must fill out the form, print the email you receive, and return to the office in Room E126.

This online form will require you to read and accept LHS Rules and Regulations for On Campus Driving and Parking Privileges.  Upon reading and accepting these rules, you will be directed to fill out required information to continue this application process.  All information must be completed on the form.  This information will be compiled and emailed to you for student and parent signatures.  Signatures must be presented at time of $5.00 payment (cash or check only).

Once you receive your parking sticker, please place on the drivers side over the registration sticker, as seen in the image.
