Lewisville High School Homecoming 2020
Lewisville High School celebrated its 2020 Homecoming Week Nov. 9-13.
Special dress up days centered around this year's homecoming theme, “We Got the Beat”:
- Monday, Nov. 9: Old Town Road (favorite country singer)
- Tuesday, Nov. 10: Dancing Queen (70’s)
- Wednesday, Nov. 11: We’ve Got the Beat Tour (homecoming shirt)
- Thursday, Nov. 12: Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’ (biker or surfer)
- Friday, Nov. 13: Fancy! (mum and garter)
The Farmers also held their annual “Chalk the Walk” sidewalk decorating event on Nov. 10.
Due to the football game being cancelled, the Farmers celebrated homecoming with a girls basketball game against Denton Braswell and boys basketball game against Denton Ryan on Nov. 13 in the arena. LHS won both games (boys 59-53, girls 37-31).
Before the games, the Homecoming Court was honored and Seniors Miguel Herrera and Erin Bonehill were named LHS Homecoming King and Queen.

In between the two games, LHS also welcomed two new inductees to the school’s Hall of Fame — Stewart Allen and Greg Veal.
