Daily Announcements 11/21/19

Can you imagine not having a coat to wear when it's freezing outside? Well, many children go all winter without a warm coat, and Forestwood is going to help them out! We will be collecting NEW winter coats (with tags still on, please) starting now until November 22nd. Our goal is to help ensure that any child that needs a winter coat has one! If you can, please donate a winter coat and be part of this great community outreach. The grade level that collects the most new coats will recieve a FREE TECHNOLOGY DAY during lunch, and the advisory class that collects the most coats will receive an 'Ice Cream Sunday' party. Let's do this Foreswood!

Have you ever wanted to call your teacher a turkey? Now you can! NJHS will be selling ballots to have your favourite teacher dress up like a turkey the week before the week before Thanksgiving break.

But if your teacher is not a turkey, maybe they're an Angel! Buy a ballot to have your teacher dress up as an angel or a Christmas tree during the first two weeks of December. Ballots are 50 cents and will be sold before school in the cafeteria and gym or during Advisory on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All proceeds will go towards Angel Tree.
