6th GRADE PARENTS-PLEASE READ!!!
It is the perfect time to get the MANDATORY VACCINATIONS FOR 7THGRADE.
REQUIRED Vaccinations:
- Tdap Booster -One dose, if it has been 5 years since the last dose of a tetanus containing vaccine.
- Meningococcal Conjugate-One dose. (Menactra, MCV4, Menveo)
If your student has already received these, the school nurse needs of copy of the record.
