Return to School Family Update | July 15
We thank you for your continued patience and support as we work to finalize our plans for the 2020-21 school year. As we’ve mentioned over the last week, families will have a few learning options to choose from this year, with the opportunity to make their selections via a commitment form.
COMMITMENT FORM
When you are ready, use the commitment form in your Skyward Family Access account to submit your decisions. Families will submit a separate commitment form for each child enrolled in LISD. You will have until Wednesday, July 22 at 11:59 p.m. to make your selections, with the opportunity to modify your selections up until two weeks prior to the first day of school. The first day of school is currently scheduled for Aug. 19, therefore families have until Aug. 5 at 11:59 p.m. to modify their selections.
Please note, if a family does not submit a commitment form, that student will automatically be enrolled in in-person learning.
To access your commitment form, you will first need to login to the web version of Skyward Family Access on your computer or tablet. Your form cannot be submitted via a cellphone. Your commitment form can be found on your “wall” within Skyward or by selecting the menu option “Online Forms” on the left-hand side.
Skyward assistance, including username and/or password support, can be found here.
