In November, the campus was awarded a generous grant from the Lewisville ISD Education Foundation (LEF) to purchase supplies to support BEAMS, including stomp rockets.

In their Bobcat Dens, classes rotate outside to experience force and motion first-hand.

Throughout the school year, each student will get to experience both setup and launching the rockets.

Another launch happening soon is the campus’ annual Open House and Curriculum Night. Students and their families are invited to “Launch into Learning” and join in with STEM activities and free hot dogs, Thursday, March 12 from 6-7:30 p.m.
