We want to celebrate our Veterans for Veteran’s Day, but we will have to conduct this celebration virtually.  We would love to showcase all our veterans through pictures and create a “movie” that we can share with our Morningside families and the community. 

Here is what we need from you:

1. A picture of your Veteran sent via email – this can be a picture of just the Veteran, the Veteran with the student(s) who attend Morningside, the Veteran with the whole family, etc.
2. It would be great if we could get a picture of the Veteran in uniform but that is NOT a requirement.
3. We would like to know the following when submitting the photo(s):

                        a.  Branch of Service

                        b.  Rank/Title

                        c.  Years Served

                        d.  Relationship to the student/teacher/staff member at Morningside

4. All pictures are due to Mrs. Booth’s email (boothH@lisd.net) by Friday, October 23^rd. Be sure to get them submitted on time so they can be included in the movie/video.
5. Please write the phrase “Veteran’s Day Pictures” in the subject line of the email so it will alert us quickly.
6. Look for an email with a video attached on Veterans’ Day, November 11^th and enjoy the show!
