If your child is in 2nd - 5th grade AND would like to participate in the Spelling Bee this year, complete these steps. 

1. Register them at Scripps' Spelling Bee website using these guided steps.

2. Classroom Spelling Bee: 

Students will take their classroom spelling bee test on any date between Monday, November 16th - Thursday, November 19th. The top 2 spellers of each class will be announced on Friday, November 20th, on THTV. 

3. School Spelling Bee: 

All qualifying 4th & 5th-grade students will take their schoolwide Spelling Bee test on Monday, December 14th. The top 2 spellers will be announced on Tuesday, December 15th on THTV. 

All qualifying 2nd & 3rd-grade students will take their schoolwide Spelling Bee test on Tuesday, December 15th. The top 2 spellers will be announced on Tuesday, December 16th on THTV. 

Our Champion and Runner-Up Spellers will receive more information about the upcoming Feeder and District Bees.
