October School of the Month
Heritage Elementary was named the Flower Mound Chamber/DATCU October School of the Month. Heritage Elementary is a school in Highland Village, Texas. The campus is a nationally recognized Blue Ribbon School that serves children in grades Pre-K through 5th Grade. The vision of Heritage Elementary is to ascend toward a love of life-long learning. This is accomplished by preparing students to reach their highest potential as they make their flight as Heritage Hawks. On their journey, positive self-esteem is gained, individuality respected, and the skills for working in a changing society will be achieved. Heritage’s vision is strengthened through the cooperation of the school, home, and community. At Heritage, they stress serving others over themselves, kindness, hard work, and compassion. They aim to create critical thinkers and problem solvers who will be ready to face any challenge ahead of them.
