7th Grade Immunizations

For the 2023-2024 School Year

Please make sure your rising 7th grader gets their required immunization by the end of the summer and prior to 7th grade.  If students do not have the required immunization, they will not be enrolled in 7th grade and will not be allowed to attend school in the fall (2023-2024 school year).  The following has information about the required immunizations and how to submit records.
