Program Relocation
Lewisville ISD shares plans to utilize existing campuses and facilities to house other district programs.
The earliest these changes could take effect is the 2026-27 school year.
The proposal is part of LISD’s ongoing efforts to review operations in anticipation of projected enrollment declines. Throughout those discussions, the Board was able to declare two additional properties as surplus: the Lewisville Learning Center and the Student Success Center. These surplus properties may be sold or leased to generate additional revenue as the district adjusts to a declining enrollment-driven budget.
The following programs, previously housed at the Lewisville Learning Center (LLC) or the Student Success Center (SSC), will be relocated.
- Virtual Learning Academy (VLA): Downing Middle School
- Night High School: LHS Harmon or Killough
- TEAMS & School-Age Parent Program: Existing facility at the Highland Village Elementary location
- Food Pantry at LLC: DeLay Middle School
- Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) Services & MS/HS Accelerated Programs: Split geographically across existing LISD facilities to provide best access and support for all students
- Eastside Services
- Camey Elementary - Eastside Elementary DAEP
- Lakeview Middle School - Eastside Middle School DAEP & MS Accelerated Programs
- The Colony High School - Eastside High School DAEP & HS Accelerated Programs
- Central/Westside Services
- Old Settlers Elementary - Central/Westside Elementary DAEP
- DeLay Middle School - Central/Westside Middle School DAEP & MS Accelerated Programs
- LHS Harmon or Killough - Central/Westside High School DAEP & HS Accelerated Programs
