Communication Flow

In Lewisville ISD, we believe the best way to ensure all students are confident, equipped with the knowledge and skills to adapt and thrive for their future is by encouraging open and honest conversation between families and district staff. To efficiently address any concern families may have, we strongly encourage all communication to begin at the most direct level.

 

Step 1: Share your concern with your student's teacher.

Step 2: If your concern is not resolved, schedule a visit with your student's Assistant Principal.

Step 3: If discussing your concern with an AP does not resolve your concerns, schedule a meeting with your campus principal.

Step 4: If your concern cannot be addressed at the campus level, please reach out to the School Chief representing your campus.

Step 5: If, after following these steps, your concern has not been adequately addressed, contact the district Chief Schools Officer.

If every step of the LISD communication flow wheel has been exhausted with no resolve, families have the option to share their concerns with the Texas Education Agency HERE.
