Tuition payments are easy, pick from the options below:

In-person payments with a check or money order are accepted between 8:00-4:30, Monday - Friday at the LISD Administration Building Welcome Center at 1565-C West Main Street, Lewisville, 75067. 

1. To make a payment online: https://lewisville.revtrak.net/.
   • Please note this option charges a service fee.
   • Instructions for paying tuition via RevTrak        
     • Click Revtrak online payments and log in. 
     • Click the “Pre-K Tuition” tile
     • On the RevTrak page with all the PreK campuses, click on your “Pre K {SCHOOL}”
     • Once there, click on the button with your child's tuition amount.
     • If making a Late Fee payment via RevTrak
       • Click on “--- Pre-K Tuition Pre-K Late Fee/Other-{SCHOOL} Elem” and enter the amount for your child in the payment field. 
       • In the field for open notes, please write the child’s name and that the payment is their {month} Tuition payment at {NAME OF THE SCHOOL}.
2. To make a payment in person, please include the following:
   • Check or money order should be made out to LISD.
   • Add your child’s name and campus to the memo line.
   • We do NOT accept cash payments due to health and safety risks.
3. To make a payment by mail, please include the following:
   • Check or money order should be made out to LISD.
   • Add your child’s name and campus to the memo line.
   • Address the envelope to LISD, Attn: Early Childhood Department, 1565-C West Main Street, Lewisville, TX 75067.
   • Payment must be received by EC Programs by the 1st of the month to avoid the $30 late fee. 

*A late fee of $30 will be charged for payment received after the 5th of the month. If a payment is more than ten days late, the child will be dropped from the class.*

Tuition is paid in 9 monthly payments (August to April). There is a reduced tuition rate for children who qualify for state-funded prekindergarten. Tuition is due on the first day of every month. There is no reduced rate for families who do not wish to utilize the extended hours or days.

Tuition Rates

• Tuition for a non-prekindergarten eligible student is $840
• Tuition for a prekindergarten eligible 4-year-old student is $340 and a prekindergarten eligible 3-year-old student is $640.
• Registration fee is $240, non-refundable ($100 is credited to the first month's payment)
• Late charge is $30 for payments received after the 5th of the month 
• Children and grandchildren of LISD employees and students who qualify for state funded PreK receive a reduced tuition rate.
