Lillie J Jackson ECC has two Discovery Academy Classes, one of which is a two-way Dual Language class taught by two teachers, on English teacher and one Spanish teacher, with instruction delivered 50% in Spanish and 50% in English.

Beginning in the 2026–27 school year, Valley Ridge’s Discovery Academy classes will be consolidated at Heritage Elementary to help create space for growing K-5 student enrollment at Valley Ridge. The two Discovery Academy classes currently at Valley Ridge will combine into one DA class and join the existing DA program at Heritage Elementary, creating a cohesive program of three DA classes designed to continue providing the same high quality, tuition-based prekindergarten that our community has come to expect.
