Request Credit

Click HERE to view, print or download instructions on how to upload a credit request for a course taken outside of LISD.

The request must include a certificate or transcript.  The documentation must include the participant's name, time of learning, date, and duration of learning. 

If the duration spans contract / non-contract days (conference or workshop), the documentation must include an agenda indicating courses attended.
