Instructional Materials Adoption

The Texas State Board of Education (SBOE) calls for the evaluation of instructional material annually by issuing a proclamation. Based on the instructional materials adoption cycle established by the SBOE, Lewisville ISD (LISD) is conducting an evaluation of instructional materials issued under Proclamation 2024 in the areas of Elementary Science (K-5), Secondary Science (6-12), and select courses from Career and Technical Education (CTE).  LISD believes parent involvement in this process is essential. Opportunities for online and in-person review of instructional material will be posted here.
