Results

Lewisville ISD voters elected Michelle Alkhatib for Place 6 and Dr. Staci L. Barker for Place 7. The positions were previously held by Kristi Hassett and Tracy Scott Miller, who did not run for re-election. The election was held May 6.

The unofficial results for Denton and Tarrant counties are as follows:

Place 6:

• Michelle Alkhatib | Denton County: 9,092 votes, Tarrant County: 21 votes
  • Total Votes: 9,113
• Mindy Bumgarner | Denton County: 7,363 votes, Tarrant County: 12 votes
  • Total Votes: 7,375

Place 7:

• Dr. Staci L. Barker | Denton County: 7,067 votes, Tarrant County: 13 votes
  • Total Votes: 7,080
• Jacob Anderson | Denton County: 4,784 votes, Tarrant County: 7 votes
  • Total Votes: 4,791
• Ashley Jones | Denton County: 4,084 votes, Tarrant County: 10 votes
  • Total Votes: 4,094
