Bus Rider’s Safety Contract
At Lewisville ISD, student safety is our highest priority. All eligible bus riders and their parent/guardian are required to review and sign the safety contract before riding the school bus for the 2026–2027 school year.

What the Contract Acknowledges
By signing, parents and students confirm that:
- They have reviewed all bus safety rules and expectations together.
- The student understands the standards for safe, respectful behavior.
- The parent/guardian agrees to support LISD in maintaining a safe riding environment.
How to Submit the Signed Form
Return the completed signature page via one of two methods:
Option 1: Email (Preferred) Email completed form to Transportation@lisd.net
Option 2: Campus Turn-in Hand-deliver a printed copy directly to your child's home campus front office.
Notice: Students without a completed and signed Bus Rider Contract on file may not ride the school bus until the required documentation has been received and processed.
