Request Bus Transportation
Bus transportation requests are available for eligible students who are new to the district for the 2026–2027 school year.

Important Requirement Before Riding
Students may not begin riding the school bus until they have been officially assigned to a route and the completed Bus Rider Safety Contract has been received.

Submit the Online Bus Request
Complete the official Bus Service Request Form via the RouteHub portal to initiate your request with the LISD Transportation Department.

Review & Submit the Safety Contract
While your request is being processed, review the safety expectations with your child, sign the contract, and submit it using one of the options below:
- Option A: Email the signed contract to Transportation@lisd.net
- Option B: Hand-deliver a physical copy directly to your child's campus front office

Receive Route Confirmation
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Once routing is complete, you will receive an automated email notification from the Transportation Department with your child’s assigned bus stop and schedule details.
