Username/Password Support

Option #1: Use the "Forgot Your Login/Password?" Link 

You can use the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link on the Skyward Family Access login screen (below the Sign In button) to recover your username and/or reset your password.

Simply enter the email address that would be associated with your Skyward Family Access account. If you don’t have or can’t determine which email address to use, please proceed to Option #2 below

Option #2: Use the "Reset Your Email" Link

If you can’t determine the email address associated with your account in Skyward Family Access, use the “Reset your Email” link on the Skyward Family Access login screen (listed under Parent/Student Announcements at the top).

The online form will validate your information against the student information database. If successful, you’ll be allowed to update your email address in the system. This will allow you to successfully use the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link described in Option #1.

If you’re unable to validate your information using the online form, please visit your student's campus to get access.

New to Lewisville ISD

If your student is new to LISD, please begin the new student enrollment process here. If you have already completed your New Student Enrollment forms, your campus registrar will be contacting you soon to complete the enrollment process.
