Focus on the Future

The goal of Focus on the Future (FOF) is to provide students with an age-appropriate post-high school educational experience. Individualized transition services are based on each student’s projected post-secondary outcome. Participants gradually transition from high school to adult life, and the last day of services through FOF looks like the first day of adult life without school district support.
