A Look Inside

  • Level Orange

LISD community - we know there are many questions you have about what returning to school looks like for the 2020-21 school year, whether you've chosen the virtual learning or virtual learning plus pathway, or if you've opted for in-person learning. A very common question we receive, and one we have wrestled with since our journey with COVID-19 began in March, is what our campuses will look like once we return to in-person learning. We put together the resources below to give you a glimpse inside what we expect our campuses to look like should your student return to in-person learning when our doors open on Sept. 8.

Please know, guidelines given by our state and county leaders and community circumstances change daily (even hourly), making it very difficult to give our families definitive answers at times. This video was created to give our families a broad overview of what campuses will look like operating in Orange Status, which is the disease activity level we will begin the school year in. Specific details about your child's campus and classroom will come from your school.
