Fuzzy Cats is a crochet club open to all fourth and fifth grade students. In Fuzzy Cats, students will learn basic crochet stitches and make a scarf using fleece. In the spring, returning Fuzzy Cats usually do a service project. In the past, we have made hats for cancer patients, baby blankets and hats for Southwestern Medical Center, blankets for our animal friends at Flower Mound Animal Adoption Center, and donated over thirty blankets to Project Linus, a nonprofit that provides blankets to children when they are in traumatic situations. This year we are donating blankets again to Project Linus. Mrs. Brookbank, Mrs. Webb, and Mrs. Ketola are club sponsors.
