• Arbor Creek provides student iPad support Monday through Thursday in room 312, from 9 AM to 11 AM.  Students need to follow the steps below before bringing their iPad to room 312.
    1. Launch the iPad Support app on your iPad, and fill out the information.
      • Your iPad serial number can be found under Settings > General > About
      • Room number:  Enter your 1st or 2nd period teacher’s name
      • Click Submit
      • Click Log out
    1. If you are unable to access the iPad Support app on your iPad, you can access the support form directly from Student Resources under the Arbor Creek's website.   https://ipadsupport.lisd.net    You can access the form using:
      • Any computer (home or school)
      • Any classroom or library Chromebook
      • Any wifi enabled smartphone
      • An app from a friend’s iPad (be sure to log out of the app when finished)
            3.  Once the support ticket has been submitted, please bring your iPad to room 312 between 9 AM and 11 AM.
