I am excited to serve as an Academic Coach! What makes me motivated is being able to do this work alongside some amazing educators. While preparing for this role, I thought about what it truly means to be a Southridge Rocket. Being a Rocket means that you have the capacity to soar and help others see beyond the reality. That’s what makes us unique in our own way-- our style. I am committed to our scholars, school, and community. Thank you in advance for trusting that—together we will do great things. 

I have earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas, a Master of Health Administration degree, and a Master of Education degree from the University of North Texas System. I hold valid state teaching certifications in Early Childhood-6th Grade, K-12 Special Education, Principal as Instructional Leader, and English as a Second Language (ESL). 

 

 During my spare time, I love to read, write, and spend time with my family.
