• The Liberty Elementary School Student Council is a campus wide organization open to any enrolled fourth and fifth grade student at Liberty Elementary School. Membership is determined through an application process conducted in the spring of each school year for the following school year.

    The Student Council holds one meeting each month after school as a group throughout the school year. There are projects to participate in, as well as special events, activities, and committee meetings. Student Council members are considered to be the leaders and role models of Liberty Elementary School, dedicating themselves to school pride and service.

    Advisors are Tim Greenwell, Darlene Oertel, Dana Richter, and Laura Traynor. Scheduled full council monthly meetings and events in the cafeteria from 3:00pm to 4:00pm include:  September 27, October 25, November 29, January 31, February 28, March 28, and April 25.   Three additional events include the work day Thursday, August 24 from 8:30am to 11:30am, appreciation event Thursday, December 14 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm, and awards ceremony Wednesday, May 30 from 2:00pm-3:00pm.
