Hello! My name is Keisha Morgan  and I have been a special education teacher for over 20 years. I have been at Huffines MS since 2020. My passion and expertise is working with students who require extra support to be successful, and help them surpass their goals and become independent learners. As the old African proverb states, "it takes a village". Middle school is an important stepping stone with many academic and social challenges, but a place to prepare for high school. With your help, we can guide in that transition and look forward to an incredibly successful year together. 

I truly hope by the end of our time together, that my students understand the power found not only in the words of others but also in their own and improved understanding of reading and writing.
