Lab-Confirmed or Exposure to COVID-19 ONLY
*We are aware of the CDC’s newly updated guidelines and are working with Denton County health officials to make adjustments to our quarantine period and processes. Any families impacted by this will be contacted directly by the district in the near future.
STUDENT ON CAMPUS
If your child experiences any of the COVID-19 symptoms OR learns they have been exposed to someone who has lab-confirmed COVID-19 test results while they are on campus, please contact the school nurse.
STUDENT OFF CAMPUS
If your child experiences any of the COVID-19 symptoms OR learns they have been exposed to someone who has lab-confirmed COVID-19 test results in any of the following scenarios, please call the district's COVID-19 Call Center (CCC).
- Virtual learning students
- After or before school hours
- Has been kept home because of symptoms
NOTE: If your child already has a COVID-19 plan that was created by the campus nurse, please do NOT call the CCC; the call center nurses do not have the ability to alter your child's campus-created isolation or quarantine plan. Instead, please contact your campus administrator or school nurse if you have any questions about their campus-created isolation or quarantine plan.
LISD EMPLOYEE
If a Lewisville ISD employee experiences any of the COVID-19 symptoms OR learns they were exposed to COVID-19, please contact the COVID-19 Call Center (CCC).

As a reminder, “close contact” is defined as being within 6 feet for a cumulative duration of 15 minutes.
