Hello!  My name is Sra. Marino.  This is my second year at Hicks Elementary, but I have been teaching for 16+ years.    

I was born in Puebla, Mexico, and spent the first years of my life living half of the year in Mexico and the other half in Minnesota. When I entered kindergarten, my family decided to settle at a halfway point, so I grew up in South Texas. 

I have 3 children and 2 sweet fur babies.  My oldest son is a media services engineer for AmerisourceBergen.  My daughter is a 4th grade teacher at Parkway Elementary.  My youngest son is a second grader in the SI program.  I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to travel.  My favorite season is fall because it means football season is back!  

I know this year will be unlike any other, but I want to assure you that I am excited to be your child's teacher!  We will achieve AmAzInG things together.
