I grew up in Ohio and lived in several other states before settling in Texas.  I have a BA in mathematics from Wellesley College as well as an MA in mathematics from SUNY Stony Brook.  I taught math and computers in private school before getting my MEd in elementary education at TCU.  I joined the Ethridge staff in 2002 and currently teach first grade.  I love teaching the primary grades.  I am also taking classes through TWU to obtain my school library certification.

I am the proud mother of one grown son.  I enjoy reading, movies, and trivia in my free time.  I am looking forward to a great school year!
