    Tuesday:  Fundamentals of Volleyball

    Objective:  I can demonstrate volleying and striking an object.

    I can demonstrate proper technique to achieve desired results.

    I can demonstrate use of proper technique to generate appropriate force and speed.

     

    Wednesday/Thursday:  1/2 Fitness Day...1/2 Basketball Fundamental into lead up volleyball games.

    I can adjust my choices of movement in relation to my environment.
