• Monday: Students will participate in a fitness activity.  

    Objective:  I can demonstrate various speed, direction, balance and weight transfer in my movements.

    I can demonstrate various movements with a specific purpose and intentional outcome.

    I can self-monitor my heart rate for optimal physical activity.


    Tuesday:Students will work on basketball fundamentals

    Objective: I can demonstrate catching, throwing, kicking, and dribbling an object.

    I can demonstrate proper technique to achieve desired results.

    I can demonstrate use of proper technique to generate appropriate force and speed.


    Wednesday/Thursday:Students will participate in fitness day activities half of the period, and basketball skills the other half.

    Objective:  I can demonstrate catching, throwing, kicking, and dribbling an object.

    Friday: Fun Day Friday...students will have an option of a variety of sport activities.

    Objective:  I can participate in physical activities that are based on individual interest or capabilities.

    I can adjust my choices of movement in relation to my environment.
