Howdy, I'm Nathan Palmer. I've been teaching English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR) at Huffines since 2017. Reading is a passion of mine, and there isn't a book I've read that didn't teach me something about myself or the world around me. I believe communication is one of the most important skills for any person, regardless of career or life goal. My hope is to help all students find their voice, refine it, and let it be heard. 

While I'm not Texas-born (my heart is in Colorado), life has had a funny way of sending me to this state several times throughout my life. Along with reading, I love building computers in my spare time and trying new recipes (no deep-frying please)--the spicier, the better!
