I'm Coach McMinn and I teach Physical Education.  I am the Girls Athletic Coordinator, and I coach Volleyball and Basketball, Cross Country, and boys and High Jump in Track.

I recieved my BA and MEd at Stephen F. Austin State University, where I played Division I Basketball and Division I Softball, as well as club soccer. I was also a member of the Gulf Coast Volleyball Association, playing doubles for 12 years on the beach.

7th and 8th grade ATHLETICS:  At the bottom of this page are two links that are required to be filled out and returned to me. 

 

The TRAVEL RELEASE form is required in order for you to leave an away game with your parents instead of riding home on the bus. Please fill out just one form with no specific date to include "All games and/or events" so that any time you ride home with your parents you are covered.

6th grade Pre-Athletics PE will dress out in PE attire every day to participate in class. 7th and 8th grade are not required to change but it is optional if so desired.  Grading is based on participation and effort. Phones are not allowed out in class at any time.
