Disciplinary Appeals

The student or student’s parent may appeal disciplinary actions which remove the student from the building (i.e. out-of school suspension, DAEP, or expulsion). Disciplinary actions which do not remove the student from the building may not be appealed beyond the building principal (i.e. detention, in-school suspension, Wednesday/Saturday school, etc.).
