Starting after the holidays, we’ll have a change in traffic flow to insure that our pedestrians, student drivers, and our busses have a safe path in our back parking lots. Parents may drop off their students either in the front of MHS9, MHS, or the north side by the band building. There will be no parent traffic in the back parking lot at either MHS9 or MHS. Students may exit via Dixon, Waketon or on the South side of the Marcus Stadium at the end of the day.
In addition our busses will now enter from Waketon and exit only on Dixon. The busses will drop off and pick up at MHS9 first, and then proceed to MHS. Please help us start this new traffic pattern on January 4, 2017.
To launch Lewisville ISD (LISD)’s 2016-2017 Alumni Profile series, meet Callie Cowart -- a 2015 Marcus High School graduate, who is now attending the University of Louisville studying music therapy and performing in the university’s Collegiate Chorale and internationally renowned Cardinal Singers.
We are kicking off the 2016-17 LISD Profile series with Executive Director of Facility Services and Construction Jason Hughes, who oversees the facilities work that goes into making sure our schools are safe learning environments.
