Wellington Attendance

	Mrs. Annette Limpede is our attendance clerk. She is the one you need to see about enrolling your child in our school.
Students should not be dropped off at school before 7:30 am due to the fact there is no adult supervision until then.
Attendance Policy Please call in (972-350-4899) or e-mail Mrs. Limpede if your child is going to be absent. The school will contact parents when a child is absent and the absence was not reported. Students are considered tardy if they are not in their classrooms by 8:00 am. In order to be counted present, the student must be present prior to 9:30 am. If the student arrives after 9:30am, they must have a medical excuse from a doctor or dentist.
New Student Enrollment Information	Documents required for registration: (Registration will not be completed without these.documents) Original Birth Certificate Original Social Security Card (if the child has one) Immunization Record (signed by physician) Driver's License (photo) of parent enrolling child Proof of Residence (only water, gas bill, or electric) Withdrawal form from previous school *Copy of Student's most recent report card These items will be photocopied and returned to you
