On behalf of our faculty, students, and community, I would like to welcome you to our Donald Elementary web site. Our school, which opened in the fall of 1989, is a special place where all children find an encouraging environment in which to learn and grow. Donald is located in Flower Mound, Texas - a family community that is in close proximity to the Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport. It is part of the well-known Lewisville Independent School District.

We have more than 660 DOLPHINS in our Kindergarten through Fifth Grade school. Yes, we are the Donald Dolphins and our motto is "Success Starts Here." We have been designated an "Exemplary School" by the Texas Education Agency for the past five years. We also have many enrichment programs to offer children with a variety of interests. We have Art, Physical Education, Music, Library, and Creative Dramatics. We also have a Jump Rope Team, Art Club, Instrumental Ensemble, Bit & Bytes - our Computer Club, and teams that fully participate in Destination Imagination and UIL Academic Meets.
