Running Club will meet starting in November and go until the end of December.  We will start the first week by running on campus from 1.5 miles to 3 miles depending on the student.  Eventually we will have time trials that will place runners in their “pack” (students with the same running abilities or close).  Packs can change as runners get stronger.  We encourage runners to stay with their pack to push and challenge each other.  Safety Green Running club shirts will be sold.
