Brandi Grant is a native of California and has been in Texas for over thirteen years. She attended the University of North Texas and earned her undergraduate degree in Education. She has been an 8 th grade Reading teacher for seven years and has been a teacher at Lakeview Middle School for four years. She lends her support to the school by serving as co-sponsor of the Student Leaders organization, a position which she has held for three years. In her spare time, Brandi enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Library Science, at Texas Woman’s University, with the goal of becoming a school librarian. Brandi considers this nomination an honor and thanks Dr. Nauman and the wonderful staff for recognizing her passion for educating.
