Mrs. Crockett is the counselor at Highland Village Elementary School. She began her Educational Career as a teacher in Lewisville ISD in 1990, and has worked with children from all grade levels. She is chairperson for the ASSIST team and the New Horizons committee. She is also a member of the Building Leadership Team.

Mrs. Crockett holds a Masters Degree in Science, a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelors degree of Science in Education, all from the University of North Texas. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Mrs. Crockett and her husband have recently restored a 105 year old home. They have a daughter, Kristen and one pet, Miss Kitty. They enjoy swimming, reading, and playing cards together.
