New Student Registrations
Documentation needed to enroll:
- Drivers License of parent/legal guardian enrolling student
- Report card (during summer)
- Verification of residency
- Student Birth Certificate
- Student Social Security Card
- Student immunization records
- Other possible:
- Child custody information (divorce or separated parents)
- Approved NOTARIZED residence form by Student Services at 400 West Main Street, Lewisville, if you are residing with another person in the district. (972-436-8901)
- Tuberculosis test if coming from a foreign country
- Home schooled students - testing will be required
Dear Parents,
Any 5th, 6th or 7th grade students who failed any portion of the 2007 TAKS will be placed into a lab class for SY 2007-2008.
Please note that current 6-8 grade students do not have to pass the TAKS this year to go on to the next grade. Effective SY 2007-2008 the SSI applies to grades 5 and 8. Next year, 8th grade students must pass TAKS to be promoted to 9th grade.
