A Message from the Principal
Dan Van Horne
Welcome to Garden Ridge
Elementary
School's website. Home of the GATORS.
Our number one goal is to establish
a positive learning environment in which all
children can excel. We want
our students to enjoy coming to school and
develop an attitude that learning
is fun.
Within this learning environment
our students are very successful academically.
We have received an exemplary rating
from the state of Texas. We also offer
students a variety of unique programs
such as Enterprise City, Camp Classen,
Bank at School and Skills Enhancement
Training class which enriches our students
education.
As our students progress through
middle school and high school we often hear from
parents and teachers how well prepared
and successful Garden Ridge students are.
We consider this a great compliment
and sign of success of our programs.
We have a positive, patient and
professional staff, a group of bright and motivated
students and parents who are totally
supportive of our school and their childrens'
education.
We believe Garden Ridge is a great place for children to begin their journey in education.
