Wed March 26 through Fri March 28
9 am to Noon       1pm to 3pm
  Documents needed to enroll your child are:
1. Birth certificate
2. Up-to-date immunization records
3. Social security card
4. Proof of residence (utility bill ~ gas, electric or water)
5. Driver license
