Registration Requirements

  • Birth certificate
  • Shot records
  • Social Security card
  • Age 5 on or before September 1 for Kindergarten.
  • Age 6 on or before September 1 for First Grade.
  • Proof of residency

    • Attendance Policy
    In order to be counted present, the student must be in school/classroom prior to 9:30 am. If the student arrives after 9:30 they must have a medical excuse from a doctor or dentist.
